Services
ITSAIO provides AI-powered marketing services for local businesses, including website analysis, local search (AIO) optimization, advertising management, content, reviews management, competitor intelligence, analytics, and AI voice-agent services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for your engagement are set out in your proposal or service agreement, which forms part of these terms.
Quotes, payment, and refunds
Fees are as quoted in your proposal. One-time setup fees are due before work begins; recurring services are billed monthly in advance. If a project is cancelled after work has started, fees for work completed are non-refundable. Monthly services may be cancelled with 14 days' notice before the next billing cycle; no partial-month refunds are given.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to the accounts, websites, and information reasonably needed to perform the services, and to ensure that any content you supply does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
SMS messaging terms
If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages from ITSAIO, we may send you account updates, appointment follow-ups, and service-related messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of further messages at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing texts is never a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Intellectual property
Strategy documents, reports, ad creatives, and content produced for you become yours once paid for in full. ITSAIO retains ownership of its internal processes, tools, templates, and know-how, and may reuse general learnings across clients without disclosing your confidential information.
Limitation of liability
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search-engine algorithms, ad platforms, and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITSAIO's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the three months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate monthly services with 14 days' written notice. ITSAIO may suspend services immediately for non-payment or misuse, including use of our services for unlawful messaging or spam.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date; continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
